Seasonal Hot Tub Use

After receiving input from several residents,  the Board voted unanimously to keep the Hot Tub open for the 2017/2018 Winter season.  Our Manager will report to the Board regarding usage.    
New Resident Manager

 1) Roof Leaks and ceiling damage should be reported to the manager promptly. Reporting damage early allows the Association to have the roof repaired before further damage occurs to the ceilings. 
 2) Irrigation has been turned on.  Please help by reporting  any leaks in the sprinkler system that you happen to see.

Roof Repairs

Work on the flat roof section of  Building 16 is underway.  This will complete 5 of the 20 buildings. Each of the remaining 15 buildings will be done over the next 7.5 years based on need.   Assessment is made by our Manager, Jim Prator and Frank Patterson of Basin Roofs. Thanks to our Board and input from many owners,  we are being pro-active rather than having to say, "we should have started sooner".    Please be assured that your investment is being protected.  
Trim and Flashing Project

Trim project on Bldg #16 will be started soon.   Buildings #1, #2, #3, #4, #10, #11, #12, & #15 are complete.  The new trim looks so much nicer than the old peeling wood trim.  All buildings will be trimmed as time and funds permit with the decision as to which building "next" based primarily on the overall appearance . Wood trimas seen from the driveways. The wood trim along Villa View will receive a temporary paint touch up until those flat roofs are replaced. 
Garbage Can Placement

Please be sure to position your garbage cans  far enough away from the building so that the garbage truck will not  damage the wall when picking it up.  
Water Usage

Water is our most precious resource.   If the toilet in your unit is leaking we want to help you with the repair.  FREE parts are available to help you solve this problem.
