Country Club Villas of Farmington is a condominium complex located in Northwest New Mexico. The most distinctive features within the complex are the mature evergreen and cottonwood trees on the property. The common area in the center of the complex features a grassy courtyard with a security fence surrounding a heated swimming pool, furnished recreation deck, therapy hot tub and bathhouse. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May through September. The hot tub is open year round.
The proximity to San Juan Country Club and Golf Course causes this location to be unique. Private access through a gate on the north boundary of the property enhances the desirability of the complex. The complex is situated at 5200 Villa View Drive just one block off East Main Street, Farmington, New Mexico, and is approximately 175 miles northwest of Albuquerque and 45 miles south of Durango, Colorado.
The complex consists of 80 units situated on 7.43 acres. Each of the 20 two-story buildings consists of one master unit (either two or three-bedroom design) and three standard two-bedroom units. Each unit has its own garage.
The Homeowners Association is a New Mexico Non-Profit Corporation, governed by a Board of Directors elected annually. The Manager is available 24/7 (327-1005) for emergencies and normal business hours Monday through Friday. All board members are condo owners. Any owner wishing to serve on the board should contact a board member.
